  Shocking! My quote was $180 for 7 days. I returned the car without filling the tank and was invoiced $422. I have written a complaint to their website and their site promises to reply in 14 working days. I have not received a reply despite contacting them on several occasions and quoting my reference number. Worst customer service that I have ever received.

  Easily the best car hire service in Perth. Have never had a problem and the staff are always helpful and friendly. Over the years I have used some of the other companies and they don't even come close to Hertz

  Seamless car hire experience from Hertz. Friendly staff at the counter and at the pick up location. Be careful upon return if you need to go to Terminals 1-2 or 3-4 as the return locations are several kilometres apart from each other!

  Received a pre-damage car (chip on windshield). Chip turned into a crack. Handed the car back, staff was very polite and friendly. Staff assured that the crack is not my fault, provided me with a spare car. When I was back home I learnt that Hertz charged me 200 AUD for the windscreen crack. My complaints via e-mail were ignored and my account was charged. Still working with the insurance to get my money back. The business practices of Hertz Australia are at least questionable. The exchange of the car took me 3 hours of my holiday time and I still have to spent time dealing with the insurance. I definitivly give the advice to keep a copy of the entire paperwork and doublecheck everything they claim. I do not think that I am going to choose Hertz as a car rental company ever again!
